Does it handle scanned matrix documents?

Yes. PDF scans and vendor-format exports are both supported. You review and confirm the rows before you export.

How are intersection marks read?

X marks, checkmarks, and numeric severity codes are each captured as a distinct value in the intersection column. Blank cells are left blank.

Can it extract SIL ratings from the matrix?

Yes, when they appear as annotations on the cause or effect row. SIL 1, SIL 2, and SIL 3 are captured into a dedicated column.

What voting logic formats are recognised?

1oo1, 1oo2, 2oo2, 2oo3, and 2oo3D are all read from the text adjacent to the effect column header or row label.

Is bypass tracking preserved?

Bypass columns are extracted as a separate field per row when they appear in the matrix, not merged with the effect description.

What is included on signup?

Enough to process a safety matrix end-to-end and export the workbook.
