What engineering templates are available?

Do the templates contain macros or tracking?
No. Each template is plain Excel (.xlsx) that opens cleanly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice, with no macros, no add-ins, and no tracking pixels in the file.
What standards do the templates follow?
The I/O list and instrument index follow ISA-5.1 tag and signal-class conventions. The cable schedule covers signal-type fields (4-20 mA, HART, fieldbus, 24 V DC) consistent with IEC 60364 instrumentation wiring. The loop sheet follows ISA-5.4 loop-diagram identification. The JB schedule supports IEC 60757 and project-specific wire colour codes. The instrument datasheet follows the ISA-20 vertical form structure with eight sections (Identification, Process, Signal, Mounting, Final Element, Vendor, References and Notes).
How is a template different from extracting straight from a P&ID?
The templates are manual starting points with the correct column schema. Upload a P&ID set instead and the same columns come back populated: tag, type, signal class, loop number, P&ID page reference, equipment connection. The templates and the extracted output share schemas, so either drops into the same engineering workflow.
What file format do the templates use?
Plain Excel .xlsx with frozen header row, auto-filter on every column, signal-class data validation (AI / AO / DI / DO / N/A), set column widths, and 48 pre-formatted blank rows below a single worked-example row. The datasheet uses seven sheets per workbook (one blank form, one worked example, five blank duplicates).
