Does it read scanned datasheets?

Yes. Scanned PDF datasheets and digital vendor formats are both supported. You review and confirm the fields before export.

How are process conditions extracted?

Process pressure and temperature are each captured in separate columns. If a datasheet lists normal and design conditions, both are preserved with a label.

Can it handle multi-page datasheets?

Yes. Multi-page datasheets produce one row per instrument in the output, with fields consolidated across pages.

What if the model number is not on the datasheet?

Fields that are absent on a given sheet are left blank in the corresponding row. Nothing is filled in from other instruments.

How is the calibration date formatted?

Dates are extracted as they appear on the datasheet. No automatic reformatting is applied; you control that in Excel.

What is included on signup?

Enough to process a batch of datasheets end-to-end and export the workbook.
