Cable schedule to Excel.
Upload your legacy cable schedule (PDF, scanned, or messy Excel) and Tagsight extracts every cable tag, source, destination, cores, length, spec, and routing field into a clean spreadsheet. Cross-references to the I/O list and JB schedule arrive in the same workbook.
What a cable schedule carries.
Every column on a typical cable schedule is read and shaped into a structured row. Missing fields stay blank, never invented.
The extracted data ships in the format your team picks up and uses directly.

Common questions
What file formats are accepted?
PDF (CAD-exported or scanned), PNG, JPG, TIFF, and existing Excel or CSV cable schedules. Scanned schedules and photographed binder pages are supported alongside clean CAD exports.
Does this work on scanned drawings?
Yes. Scanned, faded, and photographed cable schedules are supported. You review and confirm the rows before export, so nothing scanned is silently dropped.
How are source and destination fields resolved?
Each row is split into device, terminal, cabinet, card slot, and channel columns. When the source document uses a combined notation the fields are split on standard delimiters and placed in the correct columns.
Can I cross-check against an existing I/O list or JB schedule?
Yes. When an I/O list and JB schedule exist in the same workspace, the cross-referenced workbook links cable rows to their corresponding I/O list entries and JB terminal blocks on separate sheets.
What export formats are available?
Excel workbook (.xlsx), CSV, and a cross-referenced workbook that places the I/O list, JB schedule, and cable schedule on linked sheets in a single file.
What is included on signup?
Enough to process a small drawing set on your own files end-to-end and export the workbook.
Convert your schedule.
Upload a legacy cable schedule in any format, get every cable tagged and cross-referenced against the I/O list and JB schedule, export the linked workbook.
