Every drawing set comes back with a Drawing Review: the control loops with no measurement, no controller or nothing acting on the process; the tags used on more than one thing; the sheets referenced but never issued; the equipment nothing is measuring; the signals still without a class. Each one is one plain line with the sheet it is on and what the drawing shows, sorted by whether it stops the package leaving, needs a decision, or is simply worth knowing.
It also states what it did not check, and why. A single sheet cannot be compared against another; a set with no line list cannot be checked line by line; nothing is measured against a project specification you have not handed over. You get the register as a spreadsheet to work through and the report as a PDF to table, so the review meeting starts from a list instead of from a stack of drawings.
