What the Change Report carries.
- Three categories per comparison. Added, removed, modified. Full instrument row attached to every entry: tag number, instrument type, signal class, description, equipment owner, source-page reference.
- Field-level diff on modified instruments. Signal class, fail position, description, range, equipment link. Each line item shows the value before and the value after so the reviewer sees exactly what moved.
- Excel workbook ready for MOC attachment. One sheet per category, formatted with column widths, auto-filter, freeze pane. Drops directly into the Management of Change document without reformatting.
- Comparison history per facility. Every saved diff is retrievable from the facility detail page, with MOC notes and a timeline view. Old comparisons can be re-opened, their diff viewed again, and the Excel re-downloaded.
