How it works
Instrumentation is a monthly plan. It carries the drawing capacity for a month of work, and supporting documents ride along with the project at no cost to that capacity.
- Engineering drawings (P&IDs, SAMA logic sheets, loop diagrams, single-line drawings, cause and effect matrices) consume your monthly drawing capacity. One processed drawing revision counts as one engineering drawing
- Supporting documents (datasheets, instrument indexes, cable schedules, JB schedules and general tables) are included and never consume drawing capacity
- A drawing consumes capacity once, the first time you export it. Uploading, extraction and review stay open, so you read the full result on your own drawing before anything is counted
- Once a drawing is counted, every export format for that drawing is included from then on
- When extraction fails on our side, the drawing returns to your capacity automatically
- Trial drawings are granted when you verify your email

- The plan includes the I/O list, instrument index, equipment, line and valve registers, the engineering review workspace, revision comparison and every export format (Excel, CSV, JSON, PLCCreator, TIA Portal XML, Rockwell L5X and DEXPI)
- Tagsight Intelligence is included, with a monthly allowance
- Capacity and the Intelligence allowance reset on each renewal. Unused capacity does not carry over
Validating before you subscribe
New accounts receive three free drawings after email verification, so you can run the extraction on your own files and inspect the result in the review workspace before subscribing.
A month that runs long
Drawings past the monthly capacity keep running at the same per-drawing rate and appear on your next invoice, up to a limit we apply per period. Nothing stops mid-project.
If that becomes the normal month rather than the busy one, contact us and we will size it properly instead of billing the difference every month.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. After it ends, your registers and exports stay available to read and download; new uploads, extractions and Intelligence need an active plan.
More than the plan
More drawings or users on one account, one project's drawing set read to a deadline, several projects with a shared engineering library, single sign-on and directory provisioning, a security review, a signed DPA and procurement terms are set up with us directly. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- We accept all major credit and debit cards; every purchase issues a hosted invoice with a PO number field for accounts payable
- Your plan, this month's drawings and the renewal date are shown in Settings, under Plan & billing
Refunds
- Drawings from failed processing return to your capacity automatically
- Supporting documents (datasheets, indexes, schedules and general tables) never consume capacity, so there is nothing to refund
- Re-exporting a drawing you have already exported is included, in every format
- If your first month is unusable for the work you ordered (extraction failed, signal classes missing, output not matching the requested format), email billing within 7 days and the charge reverses
