Uploading, extraction, and review on the drawing canvas are always open. A drawing is counted the first time you export it, and every export format for that drawing is included from then on.
Overage keeps running
Past your monthly allowance, drawings keep running at the same per-drawing rate, tallied at month end. A busier plan lowers the per-drawing cost.
