How it works.
- 01Read the IFC set into the registersUpload the issued-for-construction P&IDs, one-lines, datasheets and schedules. Tagsight reads them into the instrument index, I/O list, equipment list, line list and valve list, in the convention each package is tagged in, with your engineer confirming the reads.
- 02Reconcile across the packagesElectrolyzer, compression, storage and capture packages arrive from different suppliers and EPCs. The register reconciles the same instrument across the P&ID, the datasheet and the cable schedule, so disagreements in range, service or termination are settled before commissioning finds them.
- 03Track every revision to mechanical completionEach IFC revision is compared against the last. The change report carries the additions and modifications tag by tag, which is what the commissioning team and the lender's engineer both ask for.
- 04Export the evidence setThe registers export to the formats the commissioning database, the DCS build and the handover package consume. The workspace carries the plant into operation as the as-built record.
