Does this work on hand-redlined P&IDs.
The extraction reads what's printed on the drawing today, including redlines where legible. Heavy redlines reduce confidence on the affected rows. The review step surfaces them for disposition. For mills with unposted redlines, the extraction is often the forcing function to consolidate them into a controlled drawing revision.
Can the extraction support a stock-prep modernization where loop tuning data matters.
The P&ID carries the tag and signal class. Loop tuning constants live in the BPCS configuration and the loop folder, not on the drawing. The extraction is the upstream input to a loop-tuning project, not a substitute for it.
