Tagsight for management of change coordinators
Every MOC closes against an updated P&ID. Half the requests sit in your queue because nobody can produce a clean change list between the proposed and the current drawing, and the other half close with a hand-typed change report that nobody can audit a year later.
Read one of your own drawings.
Drop a P&ID, instrument index, or schedule. Tagsight reads it to the tag and opens a workspace you keep when you sign in.

What you do today.
- Receive a marked-up P&ID with a proposed change, attach to the MOC packet
- Find the previous controlled revision, lay them side-by-side, build a change list by eye
- Route the change list for review, field clarifications because a tag was missed
- Close the MOC, hand-type the change report into the MOC system, pray it never gets audited
What changes with Tagsight.
- Generate a tag-level diff between the current and proposed P&ID, automatically
- Hand the change list to reviewers with source-page references on every line
- Export the change report into the MOC system in a format that survives an audit
- Re-diff at the as-built stage to confirm the change was implemented as approved
Where it fits in your week.
Pre-approval change list
Engineering submits a proposed P&ID for a new bypass loop. Run a diff against the controlled revision, attach the auto-generated change list to the MOC packet, route for review without a manual cross-walk.
As-built closure
MOC closes when the as-built drawing is filed. Diff the as-built against the proposed revision, confirm the implemented change matches what was approved, attach the closure memo. The MOC log becomes traceable instead of anecdotal.
Backlog burn-down
A dozen MOCs are stuck because the change list is stale. Run the current drawing pack through extraction, diff against the controlled snapshot per MOC, close the queue in an afternoon.
FAQ.
Will Tagsight write into our MOC system.
The change report exports as a structured file, Excel, CSV that drops into the MOC system through your existing import path. The traceability metadata travels with each row.
What if the proposed revision and the current revision were drawn by different vendors.
Diff is performed on the structured extraction of each, not on the raw drawing layout. As long as the tag conventions are consistent, the diff is reliable across vendor changes.
