The KKS code, carried straight onto the Messstellenliste.
KKS- and RDS-PP-coded power-plant drawings, read into a Messstellenliste with the Signalart on every Messstelle. The hierarchical plant codes ISA-only tools cannot place, kept exactly as the drawing prints them and ready for your controls platform.
The full plant code comes through unchanged.
An ISA-only reader cannot place a KKS key, and a short instrument tag throws the hierarchy away. Tagsight keeps the complete code, system, aggregate, and component together, exactly as the drawing prints it, and adds the Signalart beside it, so the Messstellenliste still matches the plant and the sheet.
How a Messstellenliste runs through Tagsight.
- 01
Upload the plant set.
Drag the P&IDs, KKS function diagrams, measuring-point plans, and existing Messstellenlisten into a workspace. PDF, scanned, or image. Vector PDFs read fastest; scans are read at high resolution and uncertain Messstellen you review before export.
- 02
Review the Messstellen.
Each Messstelle appears on the review canvas with its symbol shown on the source drawing. The full KKS or RDS-PP code is kept; the Signalart is shown for you to confirm or correct. Every edit is logged against the Messstelle it changed.
- 03
Export the Messstellenliste.
Export the Messstellenliste as Excel or CSV, or as a TIA Portal XML or Studio 5000 L5X tag table when the controller is known. The controls team imports the file directly on their workstation.
